Privacy Policy
Effective November 4, 2026
This policy explains what information adv.lymphalive.app ("we", "us") collects, why, and the choices you have. lymphalive.app is operated by an independent affiliate that promotes Lymphalive. We are not the manufacturer or the vendor of the product.
1. Information collected when you visit
When you open our main page, we and our advertising partner Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Meta") collect:
- Technical data: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the page address, and the page that sent you here (referrer).
- Approximate location derived from your IP address (city, state, ZIP code and country). We do not use GPS or precise location.
- Identifiers stored in first-party cookies:
_fbpand_fbc(Meta advertising cookies, kept for up to 90 days) andlx_eid(a random visitor ID we create, kept for up to about 13 months). - Page events: that you viewed the page, that the package section appeared on your screen, and which package you clicked. A small flag in your browser's local storage prevents the same event from being counted twice.
2. Meta Pixel and Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel (in your browser) and the Meta Conversions API (from our server) to measure how our ads perform and to show our ads to people who may find them relevant. Both send Meta the events above together with your IP address, browser information and the identifiers listed. Our visitor ID and the location fields are converted to a one-way hash (SHA-256) before our server sends them. Meta uses this information under its own Privacy Policy.
We do not send Meta events generated by automated systems that we can identify, such as crawlers and Meta's own ad-review systems. We only count those visits.
3. When you click a package
Clicking a package takes you to the vendor's checkout, operated on the CartPanda platform. At that moment we create a random click ID, add it (and any campaign parameters from the ad link, such as utm_campaign) to the checkout link, and store it in our database together with the technical data, identifiers and approximate location described above.
If you start a checkout or complete a purchase, the vendor's platform notifies us using that click ID. We may receive the order ID, the package, the amounts involved, our commission and the campaign parameters. If the vendor enables it, we may also receive your email, phone number and name; we use them only to report the purchase to Meta in hashed (SHA-256) form, and we do not store their values. We never receive or store your payment card details. Your order and payment are handled by the vendor under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Contact form
If you write to us, we collect your name, email address, message and the country of your IP address, and use them only to answer you.
5. How we use information
- To deliver and secure this website.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including attributing purchases to ads.
- To detect automated or fraudulent traffic.
- To reply to your messages and requests.
6. Who we share information with
- Meta, for advertising measurement and delivery, as described above.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and our database and processes requests on our behalf.
- The vendor and CartPanda, which receive the click ID and campaign parameters in the checkout link when you click a package.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under some US state laws (for example, in California), sharing data with Meta for advertising may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below.
7. Your choices
- Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our page does not load the Meta Pixel and does not send events about your visit to Meta.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Ad preferences: you can manage how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings, and opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Access and deletion: you can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will not treat you differently for using them.
8. How long we keep information
We keep click and order records only as long as we need them for advertising measurement, accounting and fraud prevention, and contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request. Cookie lifetimes are listed in section 1.
9. Children
This website and the product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
This website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to our database is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do. For questions or requests, use our contact page.
